Thanks for replying,I have tried troubleshooting, but the troubleshooting wizard could not find a driver for my device, and I contacted with MIDIPLUS via mail and they could not give me a good answer.
I said midiplus is NOT offering any sort of driver for their products because they insist that they haven’t tested whether their product can run with win10 or not, I’ve purchased a wersi midi usb line to see if that helps and it returned error 28, I hope you can give me a straight answer instead of auto reply: As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.
